What you get

• Three months free. No card, and nothing to sign up for beyond the call.
• Human review included. An engineer reads any case the automated passes can't settle, and every Linux report.
• Five dumps, each reported within one business day.
• A 20-minute call each month with the engineer who reads your cases.

What we ask in return

• Feedback. Which reports were right, which missed, and what you would change. The monthly call is for this.
• A short quote, if it helped. We agree the wording with you, and whether your name appears, before anything is published.
• Permission to count your dumps in the numbers we publish, such as how many dumps we have analysed and how many reports were right. Never your name, and never your data.

What to send

Five dumps from a test machine, a lab or an application you build: Windows minidumps or kernel and full memory dumps, Linux core dumps or kdump vmcores, or macOS crash reports. Our Terms of Service ask for synthetic or sample data during the pilot, so please keep customer data out of these five.

If you would rather send real customer dumps, say so on the call. We agree written terms first, and we will sign a non-disclosure agreement if you want one. Not sure what a dump can hold? Is it safe to send a customer's crash dump?

What happens to your dumps

• No AI model sees the raw dump. The debugger runs on our own worker. A model reads only its text output, after secrets are redacted.
• Nothing is used for training. Not by us, and our AI provider's terms say it will not either.
• An engineer works with the dump itself when a case goes to human review.
• Deleted after 30 days by default. You can shorten that or keep dumps up to 90 days, and you can delete any dump yourself at any time.

After the three months

We talk about what comes next before they end. There is no checkout yet and we don't ask for a card, so nothing is charged unless you agree to it.

Who it's for

MSPs and software vendors first, because that is where the dumps are. But if you have crash dumps and half an hour a month to tell us what you think of the reports, write to us.
